EU Blue Card holders can apply for a PR in just 3 years.
3. Marrying someone from Europe : Europe has been famous for the many love stories that are born here. Falling in love with someone from Europe and marrying them entitles you to migrate and settle in Europe. You can apply for a PR after living in Europe for 3 years,  provided you have been married to that person for atleast 2 years.
